So i wake up every morning with purple/bruised nail marks in the palms of my hand,this is from my hands being in fists because i’m so ‘tense’ when i sleep apparently. I don’t buy this bullcrack my sleep is restful,i sleep like a fairy. I think its something way more sinister…like ghouls and shit.
